Rain and Weather Policy

Sometimes the weather doesn’t want to cooperate when you have an event planned. We do not want to risk anyones safety and this includes us and damage to our equipment.

Weather Policy
We will allow you to cancel your rental 1 hour prior to the setup time without any charge. If you cancel once we have left our shop for delivery we may be charge the $1.00 per mile delivery fee

We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation if we feel the travel for delivery is unsafe or the weather could cause damage to any of the equipment. Some infltabales are not designed for usage when wet.
